Shipping policy

Order Confirmation: When you have paid for your artwork, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

ARTWORK: The artwork on is print-on-demand artwork - which means that when you have paid for your order - we will start printing the commissioned artwork. The printing process can take from 10-25 business days. 

SCULPTURES: The sculptures on are all on stock in Denmark and they will therefore be shipped to your address within a few days after receiving your payment.

Please note that you will receive two parcels if you buy both an artwork and a sculptures at the same time simply because:

  • The artwork is send out from our printer in Germany / or from our printer in Denmark.
  • The sculptures are send out from Michala's workshop in Denmark.

Certificate of Authenticity: A certificate of authenticity (COA) comes with the artwork and sculptures, COA will be send separately by normal mail to the delivery address.

Secure Art Packaging: We ship the artwork and sculptures in secure art packaging, using our certified shipping partners. Your order will be shipped (to the delivery address you provide). If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

Tracking Number: Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us with all the details of your order. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order at any time. We will e-mail you a link to monitor your order every step of the way.

Delivery Time: Our delivery time is normally 10-25 business days. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order at any time.

Import Tax and unforeseen costs: If you live outside the EU and buy a sculpture or an artwork you (the buyer) are responsible for paying unforeseen costs (such as import tax, extra fees/cost etc.) in your country.

What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it? Please note that you have to check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you have to refuse receipt. You also have to take photographic documentation of the damage and e-mail it to us immediately, so that we can order a replacement.

Force majeure: Delivery may be slightly delayed or canceled in case of force majeure such as; natural disasters, war, lock-down etc. The customer will of course be notified if this is the case by e-mail.
