Shipping policy

Order Confirmation: When you have paid for your artwork, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

ARTWORK: The artwork on my website www.michalabrincker.com is print-on-demand artwork - which means that when you have paid for your order - I will start printing the commissioned artwork. The delivery process can take from 10-25 business days depending on where in the world you live.

SCULPTURES: The sculptures on www.michalabrincker.com are all on stock in Denmark and they will therefore be shipped to your address within a few days after receiving your payment. The art sculptures are all in stock so delivery time is right away. If you live in Denmark delivery time is the next day or 2-5 business days. If you live in EU delivery time is about 6-14 business days. If you live outside EU delivery time is from 10 to 25 business days.

Secure Art Packaging: I ship the artwork and sculptures in secure art packaging, using certified shipping partners. Your order will be shipped (to the delivery address you provide). If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the carrier to arrange a suitable date.

Tracking Number: Once your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of your order. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order at any time.

Import Tax and unforeseen costs: If you live outside the EU and buy a sculpture or an artwork you (the buyer) are responsible for paying unforeseen costs (such as import tax, extra unforeseen fees/cost etc.) in your country.

What happens if my order is damaged when I receive it? Please note that you have to check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you have to refuse receipt. You also have to take photographic documentation of the damage and e-mail it to me immediately, so that I can order a replacement or refund. Please notice that my mission is to have happy customers at any time anywhere in the world.
