Refund policy

*ARTWORK: Please note that this is a print-on-demand exclusive fine art print, meaning that when you buy a limited edition art print from my website www.michalabrincker.com, I start printing it for you - only for you. This means that I only offer refunds for damaged artwork, not for buyer's remorse (buyer's regret).

Damaged artwork in transportation: What happens if my order/artwork is damaged when I receive it?: Please note that you have to check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you have to refuse receipt. You also have to take photographic documentation of the damage and e-mail it to me immediately, so that I can order a replacement. Please note that I only want happy customers and that I am here to help you.

Damaged artwork replacement (damaged in your home/insurance): If your art print has been badly damaged in your home then please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will help you with a replacement print (as long as I still have the print). Please note that the damaged art print has to be sent back to me before making a new print. There is also a print, freight and administration charge for this. Please contact me by email: michala@brincker.dk concerning a replacement print so that you are well informed about the print and administration charge for this and so that I can inform you about the process. The replacement print will be given the same edition number as the one that has been destroyed, but it will also say “that it is a replacement print”.

My first art prints/replacement: Please note that some of my earlier/first art pieces were printed in a different way and sold for a much lower price than on my website here. If you want your art piece to be changed to a better print quality. Then please contact me so I can help you with a replacement. You the customer have to pay for the expenses concerning the printing costs, the freight, administration fee etc. You will also have to send me back to Denmark your old artwork, so I can destroy it. You will receive a new COA where it will say the original edition number and that it is a replacement artwork. Please contact me by mail so I can help you in this matter. Please note that I will help you with a replacement print (as long as I still have the print).

*SCULPTURE: If you have bought a sculpture from www.michalabrincker.com and want to return it. Then please be aware that you are responsible for all the expenses associated with this, and please notice that the sculpture has to be returned to Denmark, so you/the buyer have to pay for the shipping costs to Denmark. Please use the original packaging in case you return the sculpture. The sculpture/sculptures must be returned within 30 days after you have received the delivery of the sculpture, remember to contact me first for return/refund.
To start a return on sculptures, you have to contact me at michala@brincker.dk. I will then send you information about where in Denmark the sculpture has to be returned. Please also note that I can first return the full amount once I have received the sculpture.
