"I get inspiration from my daily life. In this case I was sitting at a cozy alp restaurant and saw a group of people eating. Outside I heard a cow bell ringing and I thought that it would be funny to invite the cow inside for a meal - and even more fun if the cow was eating itself by eating cheese".

Copenhagen 2023: The Cow artwork is exhibited at the famous art restaurant LUMSKEBUGTEN situated right next to MAERSK headquarters in Copenhagen. (Danish: Ko kunstværket er udstillet på restaurant LUMSKEBUGTEN).

Copenhagen, 2018: The Cow artwork was also exhibited at DesignWerck.

Zurich, Switzerland, 2016/17: The Cow artwork "Monsieur la Vache" has also been exhibited in Zurich at two art events at DER 4TE RAUM by IQOS sponsored by Philip Morris.

Verbier, Switzerland, 2015: "Monsieur la Vache" ski artwork has been exhibited in Switzerland in the beautiful and famous ski town Verbier at Le Bec in 2015.
